Brainfood Bread is a micro sourdough bread bakery and is owned and operated by Tyler Johnston, started and created in 2020.

The bakery focuses on baking a variety of small batch sourdough breads, utilizing local PNW wheat. Brainfood Bread is made by hand, with love and created within the wabi-sabi spirit, intended to evoke mindfulness.
